These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cupo-Ai (the “Service”), a web application operated by Content Research Group USA, Inc. (“Cupo-Ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Cupo-Ai, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at Info@cupo-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Cupo-Ai provides access to an AI chat assistant that generates text responses. The underlying AI models are provided by third-party AI providers. The Service is intended for lawful, personal, and everyday use.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and the Service cannot browse the live internet. You are responsible for evaluating and using outputs. Outputs are not professional advice and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions without consulting a qualified professional.
You retain ownership of the text you submit (“Inputs”). As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the responses generated for you (“Outputs”). You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including sending them to our AI provider to generate responses and storing your conversation history). You are responsible for your Inputs and for ensuring you have the rights to submit them.
Fair use of “unlimited” passes. Passes provide unlimited chat for ordinary, personal use. To keep the Service reliable for everyone and to prevent abuse, unlimited access is subject to reasonable fair-use limits — including per-hour and per-day message rate limits, and restrictions on automated, bulk, commercial, or resale use. “Unlimited” does not permit uninterrupted, automated, or machine-generated requests. We may throttle, limit, or suspend usage that is excessive, automated, or abusive.
The Service relies on third parties, including AI model providers, hosting providers, and a payment processor. Your use may also be subject to those providers’ applicable terms and acceptable-use policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, unused credit that has not expired may be forfeited where permitted by law; contact us with any billing concerns.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUPO-AI AND ITS OWNERS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupo-Ai and Content Research Group USA, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your Inputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time in accordance with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at Info@cupo-ai.com to seek a resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
