This Privacy Policy explains how Content Research Group USA, Inc. (“Cupo-Ai,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Cupo-Ai (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Content: the messages you send and the AI responses you receive, stored as your conversation history so you can revisit it.
• Usage information: data such as message counts, model tier, token usage, and timestamps, used for billing, analytics, and abuse prevention.
• Payment information: purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive a record of the transaction (e.g., amount, date, status) but do not store your full card number; card data is tokenized by the processor.
• Technical/log data: basic device and connection information needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and generate AI responses;
• To process purchases and manage your balance, passes, and credits;
• To prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms;
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing and model training

To generate responses, your messages are sent to our third-party AI provider. Our AI provider processes this data to return a response and, under its business/API terms, does not use it to train its AI models. We do not sell your conversations, and we do not use your conversations to train our own models. We store your conversations so you can see your history; you can delete them at any time.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers: our AI model provider, hosting/database provider, and payment processor, who process data on our behalf;
• Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep account information while your account is active. Conversations are kept until you delete them or close your account. Transaction records are retained as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and delete your conversations in the app, and you can request to access or delete your account and associated personal data by emailing Info@cupo-ai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

7. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and tokenized card handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Children’s privacy

Cupo-Ai is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

Cupo-Ai is operated from the United States and your information is processed there. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S.

10. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate.
